给小鼠口服GPC,用60Coγ射线进行全身性小剂量亚慢性辐射,检测外周血白细胞、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核、睾丸精原细胞染色体畸变等5 项指标。结果:GPC 高、中、低3 个剂量组小鼠的白细胞数量均高于阳性对照组,微核率和染色体畸变率则低于阳性对照组,差别均有显著性意义,并有明显的剂量反应关系。提示:葡多酚对亚慢性辐射损伤有良好的防护作用

Tip: Portuguese polyphenols have a good protective effect on subchronic radiation damage
