目的:腰段椎管狭窄症为CT诊断中的常见病,诊断中经常出现临床体征与CT征象不符的情况。本文拟探讨椎管截面积形态对截面积大小影响及其在椎管狭窄诊断中的作用。材料:总结了101例、239个扫描节段并进行多径线测量结果:骨性椎管在相同前后径、横径时其截面积以椭圆型最宽;三角型其次;三凹型最窄。讨论:在骨性椎管方面,重视椎管形态对截面积大小影响的重要性。提出了骨性及非骨性椎管狭窄的诊断概念。亦提出了以椎体、椎管纵横径之比的自身相关参数测量法作为测量椎管的方法。
OBJECTIVE: Lumbar spinal stenosis is a common disease in the diagnosis of CT, and clinical signs and CT signs often appear in the diagnosis. This article intends to explore the cross-sectional area of spinal morphology and size of the cross-sectional area in the diagnosis of spinal canal stenosis. MATERIALS: 101 cases and 239 scan segments were summarized and multi-radial measurements were made. The results showed that the cross-sectional area of the bony spinal canal with the same anteroposterior diameter and transverse diameter was the widest of the ellipse, the triangular type was second, and the three-concave was the narrowest. Discussion: In the bony spinal canal, attention to the importance of spinal canal morphology on the size of the cross-sectional area. A diagnostic concept of skeletal and non-osseous spinal stenosis was proposed. Also put forward the vertebral body, vertebral canal diameter ratio of self-related parameters measurement as a method of measuring the spinal canal.
