用昆明种雄性小鼠18只,其中老年小鼠(18～22个月)12只,随机均分成实验组和老年对照组,共余6只(4～5个月)为青年对照组.以中药方剂左归饮加减的水煎液供实验组小鼠自由饮用.75天后,取睾丸进行组织学和组织化学研究,发现实验组小鼠曲精小管增粗,生精过程活跃,3β-羟基甾体脱氢酶反应增强,增殖型精原细胞增多.结果表明:以左归饮为主的方药有改善睾丸功能活动的作用.
Eighteen male Kunming mice, including 12 aged mice (18-22 months), were randomly divided into experimental group and old control group. The remaining 6 (4 to 5 months) were young control groups. The decoction of Zuo Gui Yin addition and subtraction of traditional Chinese medicine is provided for mice in the experimental group to freely drink. After 75 days, the testis was taken for histological and histochemical studies. It was found that the experimental group had thickening of seminiferous tubules, and the spermatogenesis process was active. 3β- The reaction of hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase was enhanced and proliferative spermatogonia increased. The results showed that: Prescription medicine mainly composed of Zuo Gui Yin can improve the function of testicular function.
