[目的]探究某县级医院新建急诊中心启用前后环境中MRS的污染状况,研究其控制对策。[方法]对急诊中心启用前、后及实施控制对策后,分别进行监测。[结果]启用后,急诊各室的空气及物体表面上的MRS检出率显著的高于启用前(P﹤0.01)。实施控制措施后,空气及物表的MRS检出率下降了35.56%和21.2%。[结论]医院环境中MRS污染较重,严格空气及物表面得消毒可显著降低MRS的污染。
[Objective] To investigate the pollution status of MRS before and after the new emergency center was opened in a county-level hospital and to study its control strategy. [Methods] Before and after the emergency center was opened and after the implementation of control measures, the monitoring was carried out respectively. [Result] The detection rate of MRS on the surface of air and objects in emergency room was significantly higher than that before activation (P <0.01). After the implementation of control measures, the detection rate of MRS in air and surface materials dropped by 35.56% and 21.2%. [Conclusion] The MRS in the hospital environment is seriously polluted, and strict air and surface disinfection can significantly reduce MRS pollution.
