合金元素钒对含6.5wt-%Si的Fe-Si合金原子有序相分解有很大的影响。本文通过磁性分析、X射线衍射、电镜观察等,对钒的作用进行了研究。发现加入少量钒减弱了合金的有序相分解,改善了合金的塑性并提高磁性;在加入较多钒的合金中观察到A_2+DO_3有序相分解。用Fe-Si,Fe-V,V-Si三个二元合金的热力学数据分析讨论了钒在Fe-Si合金中有序相分解的作用。
The alloying element vanadium has a great influence on the ordered phase decomposition of the Fe-Si alloy containing 6.5 wt-% Si atoms. In this paper, the effect of vanadium has been studied by magnetic analysis, X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy. It was found that the addition of a small amount of vanadium reduced the orderly phase decomposition of the alloy, improved the plasticity of the alloy and improved the magnetic properties. A_2 + DO_3 ordered phase decomposition was observed in the alloy with more vanadium. The effect of vanadium on the ordered phase decomposition in Fe-Si alloys was discussed with the thermodynamic data of Fe-Si, Fe-V and V-Si binary alloys.
