与火焰炉热工有关的变量被划分为三类,即:(1)结构及操作参数;(2)热工过程参数;(3)生产指标,本文用解析法对以上三类变量进行了综合的研究。在几种典型情况下,将研究结果绘成图表,清楚地表明了火焰炉热工行为的特点。本文还用经验法研究了第(1)、(3)两类变量之间的关系,并在此基础上对一些生产性炉子进行了分析研究,指出了降低炉子燃料消耗的基本途径。所介绍的经验法是以现场生产数据为依据,不必使用测试工具,所以简单易行。
The variables related to the thermal furnace flame are divided into three categories, namely: (1) structure and operating parameters; (2) thermal process parameters; (3) production targets, and the above three types of variables are comprehensively analyzed Research. In several typical cases, the results of the study were plotted, clearly showing the characteristics of the thermal behavior of the furnace. In this paper, the relationship between the variables (1) and (3) is also studied by empirical method. Based on this, some productive furnaces are analyzed and studied, and the basic ways to reduce the fuel consumption of the furnace are pointed out. The experience method introduced is based on field production data, without the use of test tools, so simple.
