药剂科是医院举足轻重的部门。药房是医生、患者沟通的桥梁和纽带。医院药剂科制度化、规范化的药品管理,临床合理用药的监督不仅关系到医院经济效益,也关系到患者生命安全。近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对医疗服务水平的要求也越来越高。我国医疗体制改革和医疗保险事业的发展都促使我国医药市场开始面临着越来越激烈的竞争。我国医药行业特别是基层医疗服务单位,如何在新的环境下更好的服务于患者,获得长远的发展已成为当今时代广泛关注的话题。在新的形势下,我院药房迫切需要改变传统发展模式、转变观念,为患者提供优质的药学服务。
Pharmacy is a vital part of the hospital. The pharmacy is the bridge and link between doctors and patients. Hospital pharmacy institutionalized, standardized drug management, clinical supervision of drug use is not only related to the hospital’s economic benefits, but also related to patient’s life safety. In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standards, people’s requirements for the level of medical services are also getting higher and higher. China’s medical system reform and the development of medical insurance cause our country’s pharmaceutical market began to face more and more intense competition. How to better serve the patients in the new environment and obtain long-term development has become a topic of widespread concern in our times, for the pharmaceutical industry in our country, especially grass-roots medical service units. In the new situation, our hospital pharmacy urgently needs to change the traditional mode of development, changing concepts and providing patients with excellent pharmaceutical services.
