目的探讨肿瘤患者肺部感染的细菌检测方法。方法本次实验以我院2008年1月至2012年1月所收治的120例患有肿瘤且发生了肺部感染的患者为实验对象,回顾分析所有肿瘤肺部感染患者的细菌检测方法和检测结果,以此来分析肿瘤肺部感染患者的有效临床治疗方法和抗感染方法。结果经过临床检测发现,大部分患者的细菌培养结果呈阳性,约占患者总数的50%以上,L型细菌的菌群分离率普遍较低,且L型菌的抗生素敏感程度较高。讨论本次临床实验的结果显示,L型菌是肿瘤患者发生肺部感染的主要致病菌。L型菌对于不同种类的抗生素有不同的敏感程度,所以,对于肿瘤患者来说,直接的药敏试验和L型菌检测是较为关键的临床治疗环节。实行L型菌的早期检测和控制,能够显著提高患者的临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the bacterial detection method of lung infection in cancer patients. Methods In this study, 120 patients with tumor and lung infection admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012 were enrolled in this study. The bacterial detection methods and detection of all patients with lung infection were retrospectively analyzed As a result, an effective clinical treatment and anti-infective methods for patients with lung-tumor infection were analyzed. Results After clinical examination, most of the patients were positive for bacterial culture, accounting for more than 50% of the total number of patients. The L-type bacteria generally had a lower rate of bacterial colonization, and the L-type bacteria were more sensitive to antibiotics. Discussion The results of this clinical trial showed that L-type bacteria are the main pathogens causing lung infections in cancer patients. L-type bacteria for different types of antibiotics have different degrees of sensitivity, so for cancer patients, the direct drug susceptibility testing and L-type bacteria test is the more critical part of clinical treatment. The implementation of early detection and control of L-type bacteria, can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients.
