目的:建立工作场所空气中正己烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、苯、甲苯和二甲苯的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法:采用活性炭管采集空气样品,二硫化碳解吸,经FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离气相色谱测定方法。结果:本法分离良好,线性相关系数均大于0.999;方法最低检出浓度为0.2 mg/m3~0.9 mg/m3;相对标准偏差为1.2%~2.9%;解吸效率为93.8%~102.8%。结论:该法精密度和准确度高,适用于工作场所空气中这十种有机空气污染物的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of n-hexane, trichlorethylene, tetrachlorethylene, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, benzene, toluene and xylene in the air of the workplace. Methods: Air samples were collected by activated charcoal tube and desorbed by carbon disulfide. The gas chromatography was separated by FFAP capillary column. Results: The method was well separated and the linear correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.2 mg / m3 ~ 0.9 mg / m3. The relative standard deviation was 1.2% -2.9%. The desorption efficiency was 93.8% -102.8%. Conclusion: The method has high precision and accuracy and is suitable for the determination of ten organic air pollutants in the air of workplace.
