正当举国上下认真贯彻落实党的十二届六中全会精神,大力推进社会主义精神文明建设和全面改革的新形势下,由中国农村卫生协会主办的《中国初级卫生保健》杂志应运而生了。这是我国医药卫生工作发展史上的一件大事,值得热烈地祝贺!“到2000年实现人人享有卫生保健”,“使全世界的公民都能达到社会生活和经济生活所需要的健康水平”,这是世界卫生组织提出的全球性战略目标。这一战略目标已为世界绝大多数国家所接受,也为我国政府所承认。这是我国社会主义现代化建设
