灵活的政策可能出于善意,却模糊了权力的边界有些话原本不方便说,况且不说出来,人们也能猜知一二。但最终还是有官员跳到前台,把话挑明了。这不合乎我们所熟悉的官场潜规则,故而令人惊诧不已:什么事情能让他们急成这样?答案是持续走熊的股市。拜股市之赐,我们见识了政策究竟能够灵活到何等程度。
Flexible policies may be out of goodwill, obscuring the boundaries of power, and some are otherwise inconvenient to say otherwise. One can not guess without saying it. But in the end there are officials jumping to the front, speak out clearly. This is not in line with the unspoken rules of the officialdom we are familiar with, it is surprising: what can make them rush into this? The answer is the bear market continued bearish. Thanks to the stock market thanks, we have seen how the policy can be flexible to what extent.
