东府[2016]3号各镇人民政府(街道办事处),市府直属各单位:现将《东莞市重大疾病医疗保险试行办法》印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。2016年1月1日东莞市重大疾病医疗保险试行办法第一条为有效减轻我市社会基本医疗保险参保人的重大疾病医疗费用负担,进一步健全我市多层次医疗保障体系,根据《关于开展城乡居民大病保险工作的指导意见》(发改社会[2012]2605号)、《广东省人民政府办公厅关于印发开展城乡居民大病保险工作实施方案(试行)的通知》(粤办函[2013]134号)等文件精神和要求,结合我市实际,制定本办法。
