为了在药品补偿决策时使用药物经济学的评价结果 ,1 997年 9月荷兰开始以加拿大指南为指导制订本国药物经济学评价指南。当药厂声称与现存治疗方法相比药品具有附加价值时 ,就必须进行药物经济学评价。《指南》包括 1 9项药物经济学评价的基本要求、评审程序和送审的标准格式 ,《指南》具有简洁具体和便于操作的特点 ,《指南》将在今后的使用中不断的调整和完善。
In order to use the evaluation results of pharmacoeconomics in drug compensation decision-making, in September 1997, the Netherlands began to guide the development of its own pharmacoeconomics guidelines under the guidance of the Canadian guidelines. Pharmacies must be evaluated for pharmacoeconomics when they claim that they have added value as compared to existing treatments. The Guide includes the basic requirements for the evaluation of 19 pharmaceutical economists, the review process and the standard format for submission of comments. The Guide is concise, specific and user-friendly. The Guide will be constantly adjusted and improved in the future.
