进行全厚板层角膜移植患者9例9眼,其中斑块状角膜营养不良2例2眼,真菌性角膜溃疡3例3眼,角膜化学伤2例2眼,病毒性角膜炎致角膜斑翳2例2眼,研究术后视力、排斥及眼部状况。结果术后6个月视力为0.5以上3眼,0.1以上5眼,<0.1者1眼,术后1年未见植片发生排斥反应。术后术眼周边前房存在,未发生继发性青光眼,植片与植体贴附良好,未出现层间积液等双前房现象。全厚板层角膜移植术具有排斥反应发生率低、术后视力恢复良好、反应轻等特点。
There were 9 patients (9 eyes) with full-thickness lamellar keratoplasty, 2 cases with plaque-like corneal dystrophy (2 cases), 3 cases with fungal corneal ulcer (3 cases), 2 cases with corneal chemical injury (2 cases), corneal sclerosis caused by viral keratitis 2 cases 2 eyes, study visual acuity, rejection and eye condition. Results Six months after operation, the visual acuity was 0.5 more than 3 eyes, 0.1 more than 5 eyes, less than 0.1 eyes. No rejection occurred at 1 year after operation. Postoperative eyes around the anterior chamber exist, there was no secondary glaucoma, implants and implants well, there is no room between the fluid such as double anterior chamber phenomenon. Full thickness lamellar keratoplasty has a low incidence of rejection, postoperative visual acuity recovered, the reaction light and so on.
