在组织理论学习时,常有一些干部会以工作繁忙为借口不参加,好意劝说却被其数落:“哪有时间参加学习,谁像你们一天到晚也没啥正事。”由于理论学习不容易被量化细化,往往被当成软指标而被边缘化。在一些干部自我总结、党性分析的缺点一栏中,“对理论学习不够重视”“理论学习不够积极”出现频率颇高,有的干部对理论学习说起来重要、做起来次要、忙起来不要,有的干部甚至理直气壮地把理论学习抓得不紧当成“光荣的缺点”。
