在当今社会,建筑对于一个国家的经济发展有着巨大影响;可以这样说建筑行业正在引领我国经济稳步向前发展。显而易见,伴随建筑业发展的机电设备安装项目也在快速发展,与之相伴的成本控制问题也就被提上日程。对于一个机电安装企业来说,合理有效的控制好项目成本直接决定了机电设备安装工程的成败,是企业赖以生存的关键。运用科学的管理方法,往往能达到降低机电安装企业的投资成本、提升利益空间、增强市场竞争力的效果。比如说,目标成本管理就是一种较为常见的成本控制手段;然而,在国内许多企业使用该方法时还存在很多问题。
