本文对本室建立的小鼠白血病病毒(MuLV)感染的SRSV一3T3细胞系与国际公认的Moloney一MuLV感染的A9细胞系间的Fn表达变化进行了比较研究。结果发现SRSV/3T3和A9细胞表面的Fn荧光强度比正常成纤维细胞明显增强,并出现弥散分布的点状“强染点”,而在A9和SRSV/3T3细胞的培养液中Fn含量却明显减少。
In this study, we compared the changes of Fn expression between the murine leukemia virus (MuLV) -infected SRSV-3T3 cell line and the internationally recognized Moloney-MuLV-infected A9 cell line established in our laboratory. The results showed that the Fn fluorescence intensity of SRSV / 3T3 and A9 cells was significantly higher than that of normal fibroblasts, and the dot-like “dyed spots” appeared diffusely distributed. However, the Fn content in the medium of A9 and SRSV / 3T3 cells was obviously cut back.
