集成光学要解决的实质问题,是制作具有不同功能、不同集成度的集成光路或集成光电回路。由于新材料的不断发现,微加工技术的不断发展,集成光路的设计原理、制作工艺也将不断完善,开发出新品种,促进实用化。本文介绍集成光路中各种元器件及其基本特性,为进一步了解集成光路提供初步知识。
The essential problem to be solved by integrated optics is to create an integrated optical circuit or an integrated optical circuit with different functions and different levels of integration. Due to the constant discovery of new materials and the continuous development of micro-fabrication technology, the design principle of integrated light path and the production process will also be continuously improved, new varieties will be developed and practical applications will be promoted. This article describes the integrated optical components and the basic characteristics of various components, in order to further understand the integrated optical path to provide initial knowledge.
