质量建设已经成为高职院校办学的主题。构建教学质量评价体系,根本目的在于提高学院整体教学质量和水平,增强活力,提高竞争力,扩大社会影响,实现可持续发展。本课题在借鉴国内外高职院校教学质量体系建设现状和调查研究的基础上,借鉴质量认证理论和运用现代职教理论,采用理论与实践相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法。对教学质量评价实践现状、评价体系设计原则和评价主体进行了分析研究,构建了包括学校内部、行业企业和政府在内评价指标体系和运行模式,以及相应的对策和建议。
Quality construction has become the theme of higher vocational colleges. The construction of teaching quality evaluation system, the fundamental purpose is to improve the overall quality and level of teaching, enhance vitality, enhance competitiveness, expand social influence and achieve sustainable development. Based on the status quo and investigation of the construction of teaching quality system at home and abroad, this research draws lessons from the theory of quality certification and the application of modern vocational education theory. It uses the combination of theory and practice, the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The status quo of teaching quality evaluation practice, evaluation system design principles and evaluation of the main body of an analysis and research, including the school, industry, enterprises and government, including evaluation index system and operation mode, as well as the corresponding countermeasures and recommendations.
