卫生防疫工作是保障人民身体健康,提高劳动生产力的重要事业,它的经费投入既是“健康投资”,又是“生产力投资”。为反映我省卫生防疫经费投入的社会效益和经济效益,本文就我省1988年卫生防疫经费投资的效益进行了分析。
Health and epidemic prevention work is an important undertaking to protect the people’s health and increase labor productivity. Its financial investment is both “health investment” and “productivity investment.” In order to reflect the social and economic benefits of investing in the province’s health and epidemic prevention funds, this paper analyzes the benefits of investing in the province’s health and epidemic prevention funds in 1988.
