随着改革开放形势的发展,本市食品生产、经营单位日益增加,大量与人民群众身体健康相关的食品卫生问题也随之产生。但是,目前食品卫生监督机构的力量还与之不相适应,因而有必要进一步重视和发挥基层医疗卫生单位食品卫生检查员(以下简称“食检员”)的作用。为了更好地搞好食检贝队伍的建设,我们进行了食检员职责权限的探讨,为市卫生行政部门制定政策提供依据。
With the development of the reform and opening up, the city’s food production and business units have been increasing, and a large number of food hygiene issues related to the people’s physical health have also arisen. However, the current strength of the food hygiene supervisory agency is not compatible with it. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to and play the role of grass-roots medical and health unit food sanitation inspectors (hereinafter referred to as “inspectors”). In order to do a better job in the construction of the food inspection team, we conducted a discussion on the responsibilities of food inspectors and provided the basis for the municipal health administrative department to formulate policies.
