目的观察醒脑静注射液联合盐酸纳洛酮注射液治疗急性乙醇中毒的临床疗效。方法将67例患者随机分为两组观察疗效。结果治疗组在各期催醒时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合盐酸纳络酮注射液治疗急性乙醇中毒的疗效明显优于单用盐酸纳洛酮注射液者。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection in the treatment of acute alcoholism. Methods 67 patients were randomly divided into two groups to observe the curative effect. Results The treatment group in each phase of wake time were shorter than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection is superior to naloxone hydrochloride injection in the treatment of acute alcoholism.
