In September 2011, our editorial department divided into two branches: one after another went to Qinghai Provincial Party School for “Climbing”, the Gansu Provincial Party School “Gansu Theory Journal”, the Heilongjiang Provincial Party School “theory discussion” and Jilin Provincial Party School “Changbai Academic Journal ”and other editorial departments, and fraternal Party School colleagues exchanged experience in running the magazine on the publication positioning, editing system, the development trend of manuscripts and other issues conducted extensive and in-depth study.
