特高压输电线路钢管铁塔是架空高压输电线路的重要组成部分,其焊接质量已成为输电线路整体质量的重要环节。由于管径<273 mm,壁厚≤6.0 mm的塔材的管径和壁厚较小,对其与锻造带颈法兰的焊接提出了新的难点。针对该焊接难点,制定了手工V型坡口管对接水平转动焊培训工艺。通过对焊接人员实施培训,达到了严格控制薄壁管焊接工艺过程的目的,使焊缝一次合格率得到显著提高。
UHV transmission line steel pipe tower is an important part of overhead high voltage transmission line, the welding quality has become an important part of the overall quality of transmission lines. Due to the small diameter and wall thickness of the tower with the diameter of <273 mm and the wall thickness of ≤6.0 mm, new challenges have been posed to the welding of the flange with the forged neck. For the welding difficulties, developed a manual V-groove pipe butt horizontal welding training process. Through the training of welding personnel to achieve a strict control of the process of thin-walled tube welding process, the weld once the pass rate has been significantly improved.
