抓住时机,加速发展经济邱金亮(中共福建省委党校理论部学员)邓小平同志指出: “抓住时机,发展自已,关键是发展经济。……如果我们不发展或发展得太慢,老百姓一比较就有问题了。”这说得十分中肯。党中央提出我们要在本世纪末达到中等国家水平,人均收入达800—1000美元。要实现这一目标,时间不多,只有抓住当前的有利时机,才能使经济有一个加速的发展。实践证明,发展是硬道理,经济稳定只能是相对的。如果只讲稳定不讲发展,事事谨小慎微,有条件有机遇不知利用,该加速不加速,该发展不发展,那就会坐失良机。当你醒悟时,为时已晚!
