本试验曾用九种消毒方法处理小麦种子,以防治腥黑穗病。每种处理种植一区,每区五行,行长十尺,重复四次。以后计算各区的发病率和产量,藉以比較各种处理的功效。结果,对照区发病百分率为82.7%,用0.01%谷仁乐生拌种为0.17%,而用5%石灰乳浸种三天为2.7%,食醋浸种十五分钟洗后播种为0.13%,0.8%信石精拌种为5.8%。其他处理如黑礬浸种,棉油拌种,牛粪液浸种,煤炉灰拌种虽然使发病率减低,但防病功效不大,没有应用价值。食醋浸种区与谷仁乐生区不但发病率同样低,而且产量也同样高,足见食醋对于防治小麦腥黑穗病的功效很大,有进一步研究的必要。
In this experiment, nine kinds of disinfection methods were used to treat wheat seeds in order to prevent them from being treated.
