目的 探讨沙苑子及其复方制剂的抗衰老作用。 方法 二级昆明雌性小鼠 136只 ,体重 18~ 2 2 g ,按随机表分为沙苑子组、复方沙苑子组、生理盐水对照组、衰老模型组。沙苑子组、复方沙苑子组分别用沙苑子、复方沙苑子水煎剂 0 5ml灌胃 ,每日 1次 ;生理盐水对照组与衰老模型组用等量的生理盐水灌胃。用药 2 8d ,测全血丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶含量 ,白细胞介素 1、6、8水平及小鼠体重变化。结果 沙苑子能明显降低丙二醛含量 ,提高超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性 ,与衰老模型组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;用药组与衰老模型组比较 ,白细胞介素 1和 8水平升高 ,具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;白细胞介素 6有升高的趋势 ,但无统计学差异 ;各组小鼠体重无明显差别。 结论 沙苑子能通过抗脂质过氧化作用起抗衰老作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-aging effects of Sha Yuan Zi and its compound preparations. Methods A total of 136 Kunming female mice, weighing 18 to 22 g, were randomly divided into the Sha Yuan Zi group, the Compound Sha Yuan Zi group, the saline control group, and the aging model group. The Shayuanzi group and the compound Shayuanzi group were intragastrically administered with Shayuanzi and compound Shayuanzi water decoction (0 5ml) once a day. The normal saline control group and the aging model group were given intragastric administration with equal volume of normal saline. After 28 days of medication, the blood levels of malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, and glutathione peroxidase were measured, and the levels of interleukins 1, 6, and 8 and body weight of mice were measured. Results Shayuanzi could significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde and increase the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase. Compared with the aging model group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The drug group and aging Compared with the model group, the levels of interleukin 1 and 8 were increased, with statistical significance (P < 0.05); interleukin 6 had a tendency to increase, but there was no statistical difference; weight of the mice in each group had no significant difference . Conclusion Astragalus can play anti-aging effects through anti-lipid peroxidation.
