Neixiang County is located in southwestern Henan Province, Funiu Mountain, the western edge of Nanyang Basin. The county administer 16 townships, 289 administrative villages and 8 neighborhood committees, with a total population of 630,000 people. Since the founding of the People’s Republic 60 years ago, Neixiang County’s financial affairs has grown from small to large, and has gone through the course of exploration and practice, struggling hard, and splendid. The county local financial revenue from 716,000 yuan in 1949 increased to 279.67 million yuan in 2008, an average annual increase of 9.07%.
