目的:使用β-环糊精对丁香挥发油进行包合,使之易于保存,方便制剂。方法:针对丁香油与β-环糊精比例、丁香油与无水乙醇的比例、包合时间、包合温度4个因素进行考察,以包合物产率为指标进行实验。制粒过程中针对颜色、口感、制粒时黏度、制粒后硬度进行考察。结果:包合最优条件为A2B3C1D1,制粒处方组成为A∶B∶C∶D∶E:=1∶1∶80∶5∶0.6。结论:包合工艺及含片处方组成小试可行。
OBJECTIVE: To use β-cyclodextrin to package clove volatile oil so as to make it easy to preserve and facilitate preparation. Methods: Four factors including the ratio of clove oil to β-cyclodextrin, the ratio of clove oil and absolute ethanol, the inclusion time and the inclusion temperature were investigated. The inclusion compound yield was taken as an index to carry out the experiment. Granulation process for the color, taste, viscosity during granulation, granulation after the study of hardness. Results: The best inclusion condition was A2B3C1D1. The granulation prescription consisted of A: B: C: D: E: = 1:1:80:5:0.6. Conclusion: Inclusion process and tablet prescription form a small test is feasible.
