改革开放之后,国内的中小企业增多,规模在逐渐增大,企业的员工不断增多,企业文化在企业中的作用也日益重要起来。企业文化在企业经营过程中作用重大,指导着企业经营的各个环节,使企业经营更加顺畅,使员工相处更加和谐,使企业员工对企业的归属感更加强烈。文章从企业文化的基本内涵、企业文化创新对企业管理的重要作用以及如何实现企业文化的创新三方面入手展开分析,来探讨企业文化创新对企业管理的重要性。
After the reform and opening up, the number of domestic SMEs has increased and the scale has been gradually increasing. The number of employees in the enterprises has been on the increase. The role of the corporate culture in the enterprises has also become increasingly important. Corporate culture in the business process plays a significant role in guiding the various aspects of business operations to enable enterprises to operate more smoothly, so that employees get along more harmonious, so that employees feel more attributed to the business enterprise. The article analyzes the basic connotation of corporate culture, the important function of corporate culture innovation to enterprise management and how to realize the innovation of corporate culture. The article discusses the importance of corporate culture innovation to corporate management.
