目的探讨疾病预防控制机构参与基本公共卫生服务的模式。方法采用自制问卷调查量表对人群现状进行调查,分为定性调查和定量调查两方面,其中定性调查采用访谈的方式,定量调查采用填写调查表的方式。结果目前基本公共卫生服务主要存在医护人员结构不均衡,人力资源不足,接受专业的培训指导较少等问题,疾病预防控制中心主要存在业务经费不足,硬性条件不足的问题。结论政府机构应加强对基层医疗事业的投入,同时制定合理的管理制度,疾控中心应根据卫生服务机构的具体情况,不断完善参与方式,定期对其进行培训,做到资源共享,同时还应加强基层医务人员的责任意识,共同完善服务模式。
Objective To explore the mode of disease prevention and control agencies participating in basic public health services. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to survey the status quo of the population. There were two types of qualitative survey and quantitative survey. Among them, qualitative survey was conducted by means of interview and quantitative survey by questionnaire. Results At present, the basic public health services mainly include the unbalanced structure of medical staff, lack of human resources, and lack of professional training and guidance. The CDC mainly has the problems of insufficient business funding and insufficient rigid conditions. Conclusions Government agencies should strengthen investment in grass-roots health care and establish a reasonable management system. CDC should continue to improve the ways of participation according to the specific conditions of health service agencies, regularly train them and share resources, and at the same time should Strengthen the sense of responsibility of primary medical staff to jointly improve the service mode.
