为研究与突聋相关的眩晕之形态学改变,作者将有突聋病史的9例颞骨标本分为三组,Ⅰ组5例5耳伴眩晕;Ⅱ组4例4耳不伴有眩晕;Ⅰ、Ⅱ组各抽3例取对侧正常耳为对照组,在光学显微镜下对所有标本内耳之壶腹嵴、耳石器的毛细胞密度及前庭神经节均做了仔细观察和精确计数,并将结果均以标准化处理,其结果如下。同一标本中壶腹嵴与囊斑耳石器的毛细胞密度几乎是相等的,平均44.4个
In order to study the morphological changes of vertigo associated with sudden deafness, the authors divided the temporal bone specimens of 9 cases with deafness into three groups, 5 cases with 5 ears with dizziness in group Ⅰ, 4 cases without dizziness in group Ⅱ, Ⅰ . In group Ⅱ, 3 of them took the normal contralateral contralateral ears as the control group. All the samples were carefully observed and accurately counted in the ampulla of the inner ear, the hair cell density of the otolith and the vestibular ganglion under light microscope.
