如何有效地与家长沟通,如何在教育孩子的同时改变家长的教育理念,已经成为每一位老师必须面对的课题。山东省淄博市临淄区金茵小学的青年语文教师常丽华,从一年级开始,每周给全体家长写一封信;进入二年级,工作量增大,她就把每周一封的信,改为每天给全体家长写一张便笺。无论是每周一封的信,还是每天一张的便笺,常老师都以朴素平和的文字、亲切随意的叙说,谈语文学习,谈心灵成长,谈亲子共读……与家长做着直抵心灵的对话。两年下来,常老师的班里形成了浓浓的读书氛围,不但孩子们在兴致勃勃地阅读,而且家长也都陪伴孩子一起读。阅读量增大了,孩子们的语言表达能力自然而然地提高了:有的小朋友已经挥挥洒洒写下了几万字的日记!不要忘了,他们仅仅是二年级小学生。两年下来,常丽华为家长写了5万字的信和便笺,同时她还写了多达10万字的教学手记。串连起这些信,便笺和教学手记,我们犹如阅读一首动人的教育叙事诗,里面闪烁着的是老师那颗金子般闪光的爱心、是朝霞般鲜亮的创意!我们深为常老师的举措所感动!每周一封短信,每天一张便笺,看上去是一件平常的事情,但平常的事情能够长期坚持,就变得不平常起来!这个世界上所有伟大的事业不都是这样从平常的小事开始的吗?常丽华从平常小事入手,已经做出了不平常的成绩:她先后在《人民教育》《教师博览》等报刊发表了4万余字的教学手记,同时被评为淄博市十佳教师、淄博市学科带头人。一个美好的未来正在等待着这个勤奋的年轻人。其实,也是在等待着所有勤奋的“常丽华们”。现在我们从常老师写给家长的信和便笺中,选择若干篇(则)在本期予以发表,希望能够对老师们有所启发。
How to effectively communicate with parents, how to change parents’ educational philosophy while educating their children has become a topic that every teacher must face. Chang Lihua, a young language teacher at Jin Yin Primary School in Linzi District of Zibo City, Shandong Province, wrote a letter to all parents weekly from the first grade. Do not forget, they are only second graders. Two years down, Chang Lihua wrote a letter of 50,000 words and notes for parents, and she also wrote up to 100,000 words of teaching notes.
