面对我国工程造价专业建设起步较晚、基础薄,面对企业大规模的人才需求以及学校生源多但造价市场又人才短缺的现状,究其原因,如何怎样满足企业要求,培养既掌握本专业基本理论,又有相应实践操作技能的技术技能型人才,成为学校探究培养模式的出发点。本文针对高职院校人才培养的特点,提出改革思路,为我院工程造价专业人才培养模式改革做了进一步的探究。

This article aims at the characteristics of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, puts forward the reform ideas and makes further exploration for the reform of training model of engineering cost professionals in our hospital.
