目的:研究艾滋病抗病毒联合健康教育所产生的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年2月至2016年1月广州市花都区狮岭镇卫生院选取50例艾滋病患者,在抗病毒治疗过程中予以健康教育,比较治疗前与治疗1年后各种感染症状发生情况、T淋巴细胞水平及病毒载量变化、艾滋病知识获取情况。结果:治疗后,各种感染症状发生率明显小于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前患者T淋巴细胞水平(106.84±78.35)个·mm~(-2)、疾病认知评分(52.75±4.63)分,明显低于治疗后(327.65±122.74)个·mm~(-2)、(83.48±5.17)分,且治疗前患者病毒载量对数(4.48±1.37)lg明显大于治疗后(3.65±1.24)lg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对艾滋病患者实施抗病毒联合健康教育方案,能获得确切疗效,提高患者免疫功能,降低感染率,并加深其基本知识掌握程度。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of HIV combined with health education. Methods: From February 2015 to January 2016, 50 cases of AIDS patients were selected from Shiling Town Huadu District Health Care Center of Guangzhou City for health education during the antiviral treatment. The symptoms of various infections before and after treatment for 1 year were compared Occurrence, T lymphocyte levels and viral load changes, AIDS knowledge acquisition. Conclusion: The implementation of anti-virus combined health education program for AIDS patients can achieve the exact effect, improve the immune function, reduce the infection rate and deepen the mastery of their basic knowledge.
