前 言 一九八七年,我厂试制生产薄壁缸套,由于缸套壁薄,径向刚度差,加工中容易产生弹性变形,加工内外圆几何精度要求高,同轴度公差很严,给机械加工带来很大困难。 目前,我厂已生产出上海50、6102两种型号的薄壁缸套。本文主要以我们的实践体会,以6102缸套为例,着重从工艺流程安排方面粗谈薄壁缸套加工工艺问题。 一、6102缸套加工中的主要困难 我厂为青海汽车发动机厂配套生产的6102成品缸套外圆直径为105.6毫米,内圆直径为101.56毫米,壁厚仅为2毫米,材质为硼磷合金铸铁(HT25—47),毛坯采用离心浇注,硬度控制在HB210以上。 由于缸套壁很薄,径向刚性差,加工材质硬度高,脆性大,加工时,在夹紧力和切削力影响下,很容易发生弹性变形。用通俗的语言讲:这种缸套很娇气,难成形。因此对它的加工工艺流程要精心考虑,关键是加工过程的变形控制。要以尽量减少切削用量而降低切削力
