简述 热双金属片是一种热敏材料,由于其热敏特性稳定可靠,使用简便等优点,广泛用于低压电器、电机及温度控制装置中。但热双金属元件在贮存或使用过程中容易锈蚀,不但有碍外观,且对性能带来一定的影响。 本研究工作选择热双金属中用量最多的5J18元件为研究对象,试图寻找一种电镀法,简便而又能取得一定防锈效果的表面处理技术,以提高元件的耐蚀能力。
Brief Description Hot bimetal is a kind of heat-sensitive material, which is widely used in low-voltage electrical appliances, motors and temperature control devices due to its stable and reliable thermal characteristics and easy to use. However, the thermal bimetallic elements are prone to rust during storage or use, which not only hinder the appearance, but also affect the performance to a certain extent. In this study, 5J18 components with the largest amount of thermal bimetallics were selected as the research object, trying to find a surface treatment technology which is electroplating method, simple and can achieve a certain anti-rust effect, in order to improve the corrosion resistance of the components.
