我们合成了邻溴二甲基二羧基羟基品红酮(o-Br-DHFDA),该试剂在pH为5.6~6.0时能与镓发生显色反应形成配合物,其最大吸收在670nm处,摩尔吸光系数为2.16×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。镓在0.04~0.4ppm范围内服从比尔定律。方法灵敏度高,用于地球化学试样分析可以得到满意结果。
We synthesized o-Bromodimethylhydroxy fumaricone (o-Br-DHFDA), which exhibits a color reaction with gallium at a pH of 5.6-6.0, with a maximum absorption at 670 nm, The absorption coefficient is 2.16 × 10 ~ 5L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). Gallium obeys Beer’s law in the range of 0.04-0.4 ppm. The method has high sensitivity and can be used in geochemical sample analysis to get satisfactory results.
