最近,关于城市的养犬强化管理带来一系列负面问题,引起媒体和公众普遍关注,我认为严格的管理和处罚措施可以成为提高觉悟、规范行为的强制力量,但也有一定局限。
Recently, there have been a series of negative issues concerning the intensive management of dog raising in the cities, which have aroused widespread media and public attention. I think that strict management and punishment measures can become forceful forces for raising awareness and standardizing behavior, but there are also some limitations.
