孢子丝菌病的致病菌是双相型申克孢子丝菌,传统的诊断方法对于孢子丝菌病的诊断及申克孢子丝菌的鉴定存在很大的局限性,难以满足临床诊断的需要。分子生物学诊断方法具有灵敏度高、特异性好、检测快速且可以在种、株水平对申克孢子丝菌病进行鉴定等优点,对于孢子丝菌病早期诊断及确定治疗方案和预后至关重要。
