为了适应市场发展的需要国家的教育部门对高职高专教学模式提出了改革的口号,力求为人才市场培养有能力有素质全面发展的人才。文章从人才培养模式的转变出发,以工程造价专业为例认真分析了基于职业导向的“课证岗”一体化课程建设方案,研究探索工程造价专业“课证岗”一体化教学存在的相关问题,遇到的困难。同时就存在的相关问题结合实际进行了解分析,提出在“课证岗”一体化课程改革中对相关的教学材料,师资队伍,教学方式,以及最后的实训基地建设进行复核人才发展方向的改革,已达到培养市场需要的人才的目的,同时全面提升人才的综合素质。
