WTO规则从规范贸易制度入手，广泛介入各成员方的政治、经济、文化、科技等社会生活的各个领域。在WTO框架下，我国已驶入与世界接轨的快车道。然而在普适WTO规则的过程中，我国目前还有诸多方面需要与之进一步衔接。为顺应入世后的环境置换，有必要根据WTO规则对我国现行法制作一定的调整。
WTO rules begin with regulating the trade system and extensively intervene in all fields of social life such as politics, economy, culture, science and technology of all member countries. Under the WTO framework, our country has entered into a fast lane connecting with the world. However, in the process of universal WTO rules, there are still many aspects in our country that need to be further linked with. In order to comply with the environment replacement after China’s accession to the WTO, it is necessary to make some adjustments to the current legal system of our country in accordance with WTO rules.
