中国革开来,如果说前30年是经济设为中心,那么后30年我认为我们应该把设在更加重要的。发是硬道理,这是在任何时候都不动摇,发是硬道理是科学发的本质要求,科学发要求人为本,更加注重设。
If we say that the first 30 years were the economic center, then in the next 30 years I think we should set it even more important. Development is the last word. This is the unshakeable moment at any time. It is the absolute truth that science requires the development of science and the scientific requirements are people-centered and more focused.
