“两个体系”建设是在贯彻以人为本的科学发展观大背景下提出来的重要命题,具有深刻的思想理论内涵,它的提出和实践,将对我国档案事业发展产生重大影响,尤其是对于成人高等教育档案管理工作具有深远的指导作用。本文通过对成人高等教育档案的内涵、特点及其现状分析,探讨了建立成人高等教育档案有效管理机制的途径与措施。
The construction of “two systems” is an important proposition put forward in the background of implementing the people-oriented scientific concept of development. It has profound ideological and theoretical connotations. Its formulation and practice will have a significant impact on the development of archives in our country. In particular, It has a far-reaching guiding role for the file management of adult higher education. Through the analysis of the connotation, characteristics and status quo of adult higher education archives, this article discusses the ways and measures to establish the effective management mechanism of adult higher education archives.
