[目的]观察氧化苦参碱对左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)结扎所致心力衰竭大鼠血流动力学的影响。[方法]采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支复制心力衰竭大鼠模型,药物干预8w后,采用导管法评估心功能。[结果]冠脉结扎8w后,模型组大鼠血流动力学各项指标与假手术组相比,差异显著(P<0.01)。各给药组大鼠血流动力学指标与模型组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01)。[结论]氧化苦参碱能够改善心衰大鼠的血流动力学。
[Objective] To observe the effects of oxymatrine on the hemodynamics of heart failure rats induced by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD). [Method] The rat model of heart failure was ligated by ligating the left anterior descending artery of coronary artery. After 8 weeks of drug intervention, the cardiac function was assessed by catheterization. [Results] After the coronary artery was ligated for 8 weeks, the indexes of hemodynamics in model group were significantly different from those in sham operation group (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the hemodynamic indexes of rats in each administration group were statistically significant (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). [Conclusion] Oxymatrine can improve the hemodynamics of heart failure rats.
