高等职业教育是与经济社会发展联系最直接、最紧密的教育,其基础能力是高职院校教育教学质量的重要保证。高职院校基础能力建设是一个系统工程,涉及到领导决策能力,校园文化能力,人才培养能力,资源整合能力,师资队伍能力等各方面,它们之间相互依存、相互作用,组成具有特殊运作规律的高职院校基础能力建设系统。
Higher vocational education is the most direct and closest education which is related to economic and social development. Its basic ability is an important guarantee for the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.
