“东北提速”给东北经济带来的快速发展和人们出行的便利是不言而喻的,然而,提速给东北人带来最深刻的变化应该是精神上的。提速可以赶跑东北人的情性。由于特殊的地理位置、得天独厚的丰富自然资源和长达近半年的霜冻期,使许多东北人与生俱来具有一种惰性。由于地处内陆,和南方沿海省份相比,东北和外界的沟通,特别是和世界发达国家的沟通比较弱。
It is self-evident that the “speeding up of northeast China” has brought about the rapid economic development and the convenience of people’s travel in the northeast economy. However, the deepest changes that speeding up the northeast people should be spiritual. Speed can drive northeast people’s affection. Due to its special geographical location, unique natural resources and frost-like period of nearly six months, many northeastern people are born with inertia. Because of its landlocked nature, its communication with the outside world, especially with developed countries in the world, is relatively weak as compared with the southern coastal provinces.
