目的：研究选择性动脉灌注及栓塞在头颈部肿瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法：对４３例头颈部肿瘤进行选择性肿瘤供血动脉插管，根据不同情况进行化疗药灌注或灌注加栓塞，联合放疗或手术治疗。结果：４３例总有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为８６％，其中完全缓解（ＣＲ）为９例。结论：对头颈部肿瘤进行选择性动脉灌注及栓塞并联合放疗及手术治疗，可明显提高治疗效果。
Objective: To study the value of selective arterial infusion and embolization in the treatment of head and neck cancer. METHODS: Forty-three head and neck tumors were treated with selective tumor feeding arteries. Chemotherapy drugs or perfusion plus embolization, combined with radiotherapy or surgery were performed according to different conditions. Results: The total effective rate (CR+PR) of 43 cases was 86%, of which 9 cases were complete remission (CR). Conclusion: Selective arterial infusion and embolization of head and neck tumors combined with radiotherapy and surgery can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
