2006年4月,随着铁路改革的推进,原长春铁路分局的房屋开发公司也面临着机构重组。聘任谁为新组建的长春房地产开发有限责任公司经理,是摆在局领导面前的一个需要深思熟虑的问题。因为,重组的公司管辖范围更广,承担的指标更重:将把铁路在四平地区、白城地区等地的所有房屋开发业务承揽过来,而且要兑现沈阳铁路局对职工承诺的逐年改善住房条件的目标。没有足够的协调能力,没有一定的魄力,没有睿智的头脑,是满足不了铁路职工乃至更多市民的期待的,更不要说在长春房地产市场占有一席之地了。
