目的:利用急诊科的医护资源,增强急诊科的护理效率,做好急诊分级工作,提高急诊科危急症患者的抢救成功率,提高患者满意度。方法:温州医科大学附属第二医院急诊科于2014年1月开始实施分级管理模式,根据就诊患者的病实行分级管理,并根据不同分级,安排不同区域进行诊疗。比较实施前后1年内患者的候诊时间、护理不良事件发生率、抢救成功率和患者满意度。结果:实施后患者候诊时间明显减少(P<0.05),护理不良事件发生率降低明显(P<0.05),危重患者抢救成功率明显提高(P<0.05),患者满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科护理实施分级管理,可以减少患者的候诊时间,避免危重症患者因排队而延误救治的情况,改善预后,提高抢救成功率,提高护理质量和患者满意度,降低护理风险事件的发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To make use of the medical resources of the emergency department to enhance the efficiency of emergency department care, to improve the emergency classification, to improve the emergency rescue rate and to improve patient satisfaction in emergency department. Methods: The emergency department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University began implementing the grading management mode in January 2014. The grading management was carried out according to the patient’s disease and different regions were arranged according to different grading. Patient waiting time, incidence of nursing adverse events, rescue success rate and patient satisfaction were compared between before and after 1 year of implementation. Results: The waiting time of patients was significantly reduced (P <0.05), the incidence of nursing adverse events decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the success rate of rescue in critically ill patients was significantly increased (P <0.05) ). Conclusion: The management of emergency department nursing can reduce the waiting time of patients, avoid the delay treatment of patients with critical illness due to queuing, improve the prognosis, improve the success rate of rescue, improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of nursing risk events rate.
